DESSA Student Self-Report (SSR) Batch Print Letter Template (Resource)

Overview

The DESSA Student Self-Report (SSR) is a self-assessment for middle and high school students to rate their own social and emotional competencies. As a strength-based, student-facing assessment, the SSR guides students in developing a deeper level of agency, exercising their voice and choice to actively engage in their own learning.

As a part of communicating with various stakeholders about SSR scores, it’s important to engage students and their families to reflect on the results. These resources (separate for Middle School and High School) allow a Site Leader or Program Administrator to use Rating Export Report and a Mail Merge to batch print and share students’ individual results.

Note that these materials will display a student’s SSR results as the educator sees them (with T-Scores and Descriptive Ranges), not as the student sees them.
