Completing Progress Monitoring Ratings Outside of an Assignment

Overview

There may be times when you would like to complete a rating on a student after a rating window has passed. The instructions below will guide you on completing progress monitoring and viewing the progress monitoring results. 

Steps for Progress Monitoring

1. Click on Ratings.

2. Click on the Student's Name you would like to progress monitor. 

3. Click on Complete Progress Monitoring (Image 1)

4. Click on the Assessment Form you would like to use and click Continue (Image 2)

5. Complete the Progress Monitoring Assessment for that student.

Steps for Viewing the Progress Monitoring Results

1. Click on Data and Insights.

2. Click on My Students on the left.

3. Deselect the Rating Window filter.

4. Leave all other filters blank and click Apply.

5. Scroll through to locate the results labeled with the words: Progress Monitoring.

6. If you need to see the score for individual students; click on the student's name and scroll down to see the results.

7. You can also export the csv file and filter on Column I (Rating Window) for Progress Monitoring results.
