Training Completion Report

Overview

The Training Completion Report is a comprehensive report that breaks down the completion of all training courses by site. It is available to all Program Admins and Site Leaders. 

Navigation

Go to Data and Insights, under Completion Reports, click on Training Completion.

Using the filters, select the Site, the Role and the Course, then click on Apply. See Image 1.

The Completion Percentage will display in the section marked "Staff Course Completion". See Image 1.

Admins also have the option to see a breakdown of the completion by site at the bottom of the page and this data can be exported as a .csv file for all sites or for an individual site. This section is titled Completion Breakdown. See Image 2.
