How can I access ratings for a previously removed student?

This article explains that only active students will have their ratings show up in the DESSA System and students removed from the system will only have their ratings visible through a Rating Export unless their account is restored using the same Student ID. It also explains how to run a Rating Export with step-by-step instructions.
How can I access ratings for a previously removed student?
If a student has been removed from the system, educators will no longer be able to access the student's profile or past ratings.
Site Leaders and Program Admins can access the student's past data through the Rating Export, if the student had a rating that fell within that specific time period.
If a student needs to be re-activated, a Site Leader or Program Admin can add the student back into the system using the same Student ID that was used for the student in the past.
Program Admins and Site Leaders can run a Rating Export by:
- Navigating to Data and Insights
- Selecting Rating Export (left side if screen)
- Selecting the desired Rating Form, Start Date and End Date, and Site(s)
- Clicking the Export button (lower right corner)
A CSV file will be exported from the DESSA System.
