Accepted (Clean) Integration File
Overview
This article explains the guidelines for a clean integration file.
Guidelines
- The file includes the required fields and follows the formatting guidelines. This article reviews what fields are required.
- The file name must stay consistent with the file name that was used during the setup and configuration. If the file name must be changed, please reach out to the DESSA Data Operations team so that adjustments can be made to the configuration.
- The file format must stay consistent with the file format that was used during the setup and configuration. If the file format must be changed, please reach out to the DESSA Data Operations team (datateam@apertureed.com) so that adjustments can be made to the configuration.
- The file is complete and isn’t missing any data. Missing data can cause data to be removed from the DESSA System. The sync looks at the newest file and syncs with what is currently in the DESSA System. If there is missing roster data in the file, it will delete those students, teachers, and/or sites from the DESSA System.
